About Me
I’m a gay, vegan 🌱, software engineer who lives in Berlin and likes to go out and to eat cake while I watch TV, and I try to keep fit to maximize both 😎. I’ve had terrific trainers in the past—I’m happy to recommend some—but that’s not what I need or, frankly, can afford right now.
If you’re like me, then you belong in the hotnheavy club.

More About Me
My interest in fitness and my sexuality are forever linked, because it was when I arrived to university, excited to mix and mingle with my gay and lesbian peers, that I learned I was the wrong color, class, size, and shape.
So, I can't say I got into fitness for the "right" reasons 🙈, but it has been my constant companion for the past two decades. A faithful source of support and confidence through taking a two-year break from university due to depression, study abroad, law school, practicing law, changing careers to software development, and relocating to Berlin.I've trained solo, with friends, and on teams; taken dance classes, aerobics classes, weight training classes, yoga classes, and even wilderness survival training 🧗; worked out in barebones gyms, fancy gyms, hotel gyms, sauna gyms, parks, hotels, airports, and at home; used random training routines from the internet; researched and put together my own routines; pored over the content of fitness influencers; used lots of apps; and worked with multiple personal trainers.As I said, I am not a trainer. However, I've put in the work to know what a decent program should look like, have the diligence and technical know-how to use AI 🤖 and develop a program to make beneficial, personalized workout routines for you; and have always enjoyed being a strong 💪 base of support for my community (that's a cheerleading joke 😉).If you would like to know anything else, or have feedback for me or hotnheavy club, please send me an email.
